Privacy Policy
For shopping at www.charlottelebeck.com, you need to provide us with your name, e-mail and address. We only use this when sending your order, sending you an e-mail with an order confirmation and an update on e-mail when your order has been sent. 

- We will never disclose your information to a third party and never share your data. 
- We will never send you unwanted e-mails. You'll only receive e-mails if you sign up for our newsletter
- We only store your name, e-mail and address in our system for accounting reasons in accordance with the law. 

Prices
All prices on www.charlottelebeck.com are currently retail prices incl. 25% Danish VAT and are quoted in Danish kroner (DKK)..

Confirmation

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email shortly after confirming that we have received your order. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, we recommend that you check your spam filter. When we ship your package, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.

Rest of the world - Free Shipping above 1000 Dk / 135 EUR

Delivery time
We ship your order within 1-5 business days after the order has been processed, then it takes 1-3 business days for delivery. We will send an email when your package is dispatched.

Insured package
All packages are sent as an insured parcel with a tracking number. In this way we are able to track the package until it is delivered.

Right to exchange or return
You have a full 14-day right of return, counting from the day you receive the delivery. You can exchange the jewelry or return the jewelry and get your money back. Please note that we only will reimburse the return amount to the card which was used for the purchase. 

If you want to exchange or return your purchase, you must do so within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be returned in the same condition and in the same original jewelry box and packaging in which you received it. Please, keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent.

Refund
Once we receive your return package, we will process your package as quickly as possible within two weeks. Please note that we only will reimburse the return amount to the card and the card holder who originally made the purchase.

Notification of defects
When you shop at www.charlottelebeck.com you are covered by the Danish sale of goods, giving you 24 month to complain about an item. As a customer, you can complain about defects and deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase. However, if the defects, deficiencies, or wear and tear are due to negligent use, a lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal wear and tear your right to complain is renounced. In case of a complaint or a missing delivery, please, contact us on customerservice@charlottelebeck.com. Charlotte Lebeck does not cover shipping fees in case of a complaint.

All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. Charlotte Lebeck reserves the right to delay any order if fraud is suspected. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
